Absolute Contraindications:
Allergy to glycine or other ingredients
Acute severe periodontitis with massive gingival bleeding
Acute peri-implantitis with purulent exudate
Unhealed surgical wounds in the oral cavity
Severe systemic infections
Untreated acute necrotizing gingivitis (ANUG)
Relative Contraindications:
Very deep gingival pockets (>9mm) - limited accessibility
Severely inflamed, extremely bleeding gums (caution)
Immediately after periodontal surgery (observe waiting period)
Patients with blood clotting disorders (individual assessment)
Pregnancy in the first trimester (consult doctor)
Children under 12 years (only after dental indication)
