After epithelialization is complete, no bothersome suture material remains, which maximizes patient comfort and minimizes the risk of plaque accumulation or tissue irritation.
Important Note: Due to its very fast absorption, SURGICRYL RAPID is not suitable for procedures where wound support is required beyond 14 days. For complex regenerative procedures, augmentations, or areas with limited vascularization, suture materials with a longer absorption time (e.g., SURGICRYL PGA or SURGICRYL MONOFAST) should be preferred.
